Delete one profile without deleting your account
- Open CloneTap and find the profile under Saved profiles.
- Choose the trash icon for that profile.
- If private backup is active, keep the device online until synchronization completes.
The profile payload is removed from this device and from your private cloud backup. To keep that deletion synchronized across signed-in devices, CloneTap retains a minimal tombstone containing only the random profile ID and deletion time. The tombstone is removed when you delete the cloud account. You can also request deletion by emailing the support address below from the Google address used with CloneTap.
Delete the cloud account inside the app
- Open CloneTap while connected to the internet.
- In Private backup, choose Delete cloud account.
- Confirm deletion. You may be asked to sign in again for security.
This deletes the Firebase Authentication account and all profile documents and deletion tombstones under its Firebase user ID. Profiles and mask crops already stored on the phone remain local until you delete them, clear app data, or uninstall CloneTap.
If you cannot access the app
Email dmdm75006@gmail.com from the Google address used with CloneTap and request account deletion. We will verify ownership before deleting data. Do not include passwords, screenshots, or profile contents.
Retention
The active account, its private profile backup, and its active share links are deleted after a valid in-app request or verified support request. Google may retain limited security, fraud-prevention, and legal logs for the periods described in its service documentation; those logs are not CloneTap profiles. Firebase states that deleted Authentication information is removed from its live and backup systems within 180 days.
